We can’t offer you a refund or exchange if it is your order.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from our website.

Please do NOT send your purchase back to us.

Refunds

We can’t offer you a refund if it is your order.

We will check within 7 days after your email request and refund to your payment cards within 14 days ONLY if it is NOT your order.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are not your order within 3 days of receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item as your order, send us an email with photo proof at nuwahaircare@gmail.com and do NOT send your item to us.
